privacy policy

last updated: September 25, 2026

This explains what the dsgn.byx contact form collects, why I keep it, and how you can have it removed or stop hearing from me. Short version: I collect the minimum I need to reply to you, and I don't sell it.

01what the form collects

When you send the form, you choose what to tell me:

  • your name or shop name,
  • what kind of business you run,
  • how to reach you (Instagram handle, phone number or email),
  • which channel you prefer and what you need,
  • whether you agreed to receive texts, and the time you sent it.

You don't have to fill in anything beyond a name and one way to reach you, and the text-consent box is optional.

02how it's used

Your enquiry is used for exactly one thing: replying to you and, if we go ahead, delivering the work. Texts about your inquiry, booking confirmations and service updates are only sent where you asked for them. I don't run advertising campaigns, sell your details, or pass them to anyone for marketing.

03no trackers on this site

This site doesn't use advertising cookies, trackers or third-party analytics, so there's nothing to opt out of while you browse. That means I don't build an advertising profile of you from your visit — I only know what you choose to send me in the form.

04where it lives

Enquiries are stored in a private database behind this site, and text alerts are delivered through a messaging provider so I know a lead arrived. These services act on my behalf and are only given what they need to do their job. I don't post your details in public anywhere.

05how long I keep it

If we work together, your enquiry and project files are kept while the relationship lasts and afterwards for records. If you just enquired and nothing came of it, you can ask me to delete it at any time and I will.

06your choices

Ask what I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted — email me and I'll handle it. Stop texts by replying STOP to any message (HELP for help). Opting out of texts doesn't stop you from getting an answer through Instagram, email or a phone call.

07keeping it safe

Access is limited to me and the systems that deliver the alerts. No method of storage is perfectly secure, so please don't send anything you wouldn't want in a private message — passwords, card numbers or ID documents aren't needed for a quote.

08kids

This site is for business owners, not children, and I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

09changes

If this policy changes, the updated date at the top changes with it and the new version applies from then on.
